At Breezer Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear in original, unused condition. Whether the frame size isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
